Who are we?
Drone Freak started as a humble FPV (First Person View) drone retailer back in 2015. From the beginning, Drone Freak has been well known among the Korean drone communities for quality products. In 2018, we have launched our own brand of drone batteries called ‘Freak Power’ for hobby and industrial drone markets. Freak Power changed Korean drone battery market by taking 50 percent of the hobby battery market.
As freaks, we weren’t really happy with just being another drone retailer. In 2020, We started to develop our first prototypes for MCP (Modular Carrier Platform) and Drone Simulator. The first prototype for MCP successfully completed its maiden flight same year, and the Simulator is successfully released public in 2021.
In 2022, the second version of MCP had successful flight and the mobile port of the simulator is being developed. However, that is not all. The version 3 of MCP has already been in design phase, and simulator has other versions planned for beyond 2023.
